All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RETURN PROCESS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To return an item, please email us at <a title=\"Email MERCH + SWAG\u2122 - Custom branded merchandise and promotional products\" href=\"mailto:info@merch-plus-swag.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">info@merch-plus-swag.com<\/a> to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number,\u00a0place the item securely in its original packaging\u00a0along with the return form provided, then mail your return to the address in the email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
